Accident Forms
Digitally view and sign on-line accident forms and get notified when your child has an accident, view the details and what actions have been taken.
Assessments
Get an insight into how your child is doing and an overview of where they’re at. Add your comments and digitally sign the assessment form online so you have a record.
Digital Registration Form
Parents can see and keep their childcare registration details accurate and up to date with any changes made recorded and digital signature completed. Linked to your terms and conditions so it’s clear for everyone.
Funding Eligibility Codes
Parents can add funding codes into the parent app so nursery can then check and confirm these their end. Once confirmed, the setting can lock them off so that it stops any further changes or accidental edits on your parent admin account.

One of the changes in the new September 2021 EYFS curriculum emphasised education being more about early years practitioner knowledge of the child.

So we thought it would be handy for parents to provide you this information through the Parent Admin app so you can track and manage the quality of information ready for your next Ofsted inspection.

Easy to update
It is also easy for parents to update and log any changes they wish to make which is handy.

Child likes & dislikes
Parents can provide information on favourite toys, likes and dislikes, etc. We also gave parents the option to upload photos of their children which also helps when printing off your children’s “all about me” forms.

Auto-send ecards to everyone

Birthday eCards

Why not do the nice gesture and automatically send a birthday card email to your children, parents & staff. That way, it is ready and waiting in their mailbox at 8am on the morning of their birthday.
