Our system offers both digital and paper-based registers with daily, weekly, and monthly views. You can choose from three types of registers: a quick A-Z check-in/out, room registers, or registers by ratio, allowing you to manage attendance, occupancy and availability efficiently.
The system also enables easy recording of absences and extras directly from your registers. Status flags automatically highlight children with allergies, dietary needs, medical conditions, term-time, or funding types, ensuring your team is well-informed. Additionally, you have immediate access to critical data such as gender, EAL, SEND, and funding for Ofsted inspection call requirements.

Our system includes an Ofsted info feature on your registers, allowing you to easily see how many children are booked in, their gender, EAL information, SEND details, and more. This ensures you have all the necessary information readily available for any Ofsted inspection call.
Additionally, Nursery in a Box provides an Ofsted Info report that combines various reports for easy printing, ready for inspections. Staff can also access personalised “All About Me” forms for each child, keeping up-to-date records. While we can’t be there with you, we hope these features help reduce the stress of Ofsted inspections.
